There are moments in life when we long for tools to steady ourselves. When stress, loss or change feel overwhelming, or when we simply want to live with more calm, clarity and connection.
My trainings and workshops are created as gentle yet powerful spaces to pause, to learn, and to grow. Whether you are navigating grief, seeking self-compassion, or wanting to bring more mindfulness into your daily life, these programs offer practical guidance rooted in science and compassion.
Some trainings take place live in small groups, others are online and self-paced, and some are offered as individual coaching sessions. You can choose what fits your situation: a group setting for shared connection, a self-paced journey for flexibility, or personal guidance for more depth.
Each step invites you to slow down, reconnect, and discover the resilience and kindness already within you.

Discover the foundations of mindfulness.
Learn practical tools to bring more calm, focus and presence into daily life.
Live, in-person group training at In Harmony Integrative Health Centre, Lagos Portugal, Autumn 2026
The 8-week Mindfulness for Life training is a scientifically proven and widely valued program. It offers you practical tools to live with more calm, clarity and resilience – in the middle of daily life’s challenges.
This training is not just theory, it is 8 weeks of live practice and guidance, combined with home exercises that help you integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.
Research shows mindfulness training can:
✔ Reduce stress, anxiety and emotional reactivity
✔ Improve focus, calmness and resilience
✔ Support your physical and mental well-being long term
What you will learn
Over the course of 8 weeks, you will be guided into:
✔ Shifting from “automatic pilot” into presence and awareness
✔ Tools to work with difficult thoughts, feelings and body sensations * Practices that support relaxation, focus and self-compassion
✔ Ways to respond differently to stress, rather than react out of habit * A deeper connection with yourself and others
What you receive
When you sign up, you will receive:
8 live weekly sessions (2.5 hours each)
A printed manual of 100+ pages with practices and background
Guided meditations and exercises for daily home practice
My personal support and guidance throughout the 8 weeks
A questionnaire and personal intake before we begin
Your commitment
By signing up, you commit to the full 8-week training.
This continuity is an essential part of the journey – for yourself, for the group, and for the process to unfold as it is designed.
If you do need to miss a session (preferably not more than two), I will update you personally so you can follow along with the manual provided.
Home practice is also an important part of the program, because that’s where you integrate what we explore together into your daily life. A daily practice of about 30 minutes is part of the training.
Committing to the full 8 weeks, and showing up for yourself in this way, is the true gift of this journey.
For whom
This training is suitable for beginners as well as those with prior mindfulness experience. You don’t need any background in meditation – only curiosity and an open mind.

Maybe you’ve simply continued on.
Living, caring, carrying.
Because life keeps moving.
And maybe, underneath it all,
there’s a knowing that it’s time to pause.
To breathe.
To make space.
This 4-hour gathering offers a gentle place to slow down and make space for grief, in the body, the heart and the mind.
Through reflection, embodied practice, voice, ritual and rest, grief is met with care, inviting lightness and renewal.
This edition is facilitated by: Elisabeth Tiesinga: Cert. Grief Educator, Mindfulness Trainer & Birth Doula and co-host Diana Jost, who brings her decades of experience in embodied practices and voice expression.
Together we allow the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the heart to feel more open.

We don’t often pause to ask this question, but it belongs to all of us: What is a good death?
Preparing for death can be a gift to ourselves and to those we love.
There is nothing we can do about our inevitable mortality but through contemplation and planning we can ensure that our lives end with peace of mind for ourselves and those we leave behind.
A monthly gathering for reflection, conversation and shared humanity.
